  • Information you give us: name, email, phone, business details, billing information and anything you submit through forms or your account.
  • Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser data, and usage data through cookies and similar technologies.
  • We do not collect or store your card details. Card data is handled directly by Payfast under PCI DSS standards.

3. Why we process your information (lawful basis)

We process your information to provide and manage our services and your account, process payments through Payfast, communicate with you, provide support, meet our legal and tax obligations, and improve our services. Depending on the situation we rely on your consent, the performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests, or a legal obligation. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us operate, such as Payfast for payment processing, and our email and hosting providers, and only as needed. We require them to protect your information. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies

We use cookies to run the website, remember your preferences and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

6. Security and data breaches

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. If a security compromise affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you and the Information Regulator as required by POPIA.

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, which for financial records may be up to 7 (seven) years.

8. Your rights

Under POPIA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to certain processing. You also have the right to complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at enquiries@inforegulator.org.za.

9. Cross border processing

Some service providers may process information outside South Africa. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure your information receives a comparable level of protection.
