What decides it
Three things, and we are not flexible on any of them.

You finish what you start, even when nobody is watching and nobody asked twice.
You cannot leave a piece of work alone until it is right. That instinct cannot be taught.
The basics
Before you apply, check these.
- You are based in Durban, or you are moving here before the start date.
- You hold a qualification in digital marketing, IT or graphic design.
- You can build in WordPress, not just describe it.
- You understand digital marketing past the theory.
- You have work to show us. Not marks. Work.
