1. How our services are delivered
Imbilla Digital Agency delivers digital services and software access electronically. There is no physical shipping. Delivery means making the agreed work or platform access available to you.
2. Software and subscriptions
Access to the Launchpad platform is granted immediately, or as soon as reasonably possible, after your payment is confirmed by Payfast. Login details and access are sent to the email address you provide.
3. Project work
- Project deliverables (designs, websites, campaigns, applications) are delivered according to the timeline in your quotation or statement of work.
- Typical lead times are shared before a project starts and depend on the scope and on receiving your materials and approvals on time. Delays caused by late materials, late approvals or scope changes may move the delivery date.
- Final files and access are handed over once the project is complete and paid for in full.
4. Revisions and acceptance
The number of revision rounds included is set out in your quotation. We ask you to review and approve deliverables within the agreed review period. If we do not hear from you within that period, the deliverable is treated as accepted so the project can move forward.
5. Support and maintenance
Any ongoing support or maintenance after handover is provided under a separate support or retainer agreement, unless your quotation states otherwise.
6. Delivery confirmation and issues
We confirm delivery by email. If you have not received access or your deliverables within the agreed time, contact terrence@imbilladigitalagency.com and we will resolve it promptly.
