1. Cancelling a subscription
- You may cancel a subscription (such as Launchpad) at any time by emailing terrence@imbilladigitalagency.com or using the cancel option in your account.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You keep access until then, and you will not be billed again.
- We do not charge a cancellation fee for subscriptions.
2. Free trials
Where a free trial is offered, you may cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription continues at the advertised price until you cancel.
3. Cancelling a recurring Payfast payment
Recurring billing set up through Payfast can also be cancelled from your Payfast account. Cancelling the recurring instruction stops future payments but does not, on its own, end your service agreement with us, so please also notify us so we can close your account correctly.
4. Cancelling a project or retainer
- To cancel a project or monthly retainer, give us written notice at terrence@imbilladigitalagency.com. A notice period of 30 (thirty) days applies to monthly retainers unless your agreement states otherwise.
- You remain responsible for fees for work completed and for costs committed up to the cancellation date.
- Any refund due is handled under our Refund and Returns Policy.
5. Cancellation by us
We may cancel or suspend a service for non payment, abuse of the platform, or breach of these terms. Where we cancel without cause, we refund any amount paid for services not yet delivered.
6. Your data after cancellation
After you cancel, we keep your account data for a reasonable period so you can reactivate or export it, after which it may be deleted, except where we are required by law to retain certain records. You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time, in line with our Privacy Policy.
