What it is
NexusOS is a software platform that pulls a business's analytics, compliance, profit and lead generation into a single command centre. It is built for South African small and medium businesses that would otherwise juggle several disconnected tools to see how their online presence is performing.
The platform is organised into four modules, two of which are live and in market today, with two more in build. It runs on free official data APIs so the cost of operating it stays low, which keeps the subscription affordable for smaller businesses.
NexusOS uses its own brand of black and gold (#FFCD00). This handover document is presented in Imbilla Digital Agency's house style.
What it does
Analytics and SEO. Website traffic and traffic sources, top pages and screens, SEO health and site audit, Search Console rankings, competitor visibility, and GA4 keyword tracking.
Business admin. A compliance checklist, business and legal document generation, CIPC and regulatory guides, a business health score, and AI-assisted document drafts.
Visual profit intelligence. Image-to-ROI analysis, revenue and expense tracking, a profit-margin dashboard, and email and WhatsApp attribution.
The lead generation engine. Avatar, offer and funnel builders, a CRM Kanban, an ROI dashboard and an ad-account connector. It has its own detailed handover.
Every module reports into the same dashboard, so analytics, admin, profit and leads all live in one place rather than across separate logins.
The platform connects only to free official APIs, which keeps running costs low and the subscription price within reach for an SME.

How it works
NexusOS is a cloud dashboard. The business connects its own accounts through free official APIs, and the platform presents everything in one place, module by module.
Each module surfaces a different layer of the operation: analytics and SEO, business admin, profit, and lead generation. AI assistance runs across the platform to draft documents and produce scoring, so the figures are not only pulled in but also explained and acted on.

NexusOS is offered on five tiers, from a free entry point up to the full command centre.
Status and roadmap
Intelligent Nexus and BizBot Board are live and in market. Echo Flow and Lead Machine are in build and complete the four-module platform.
